Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this new photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different areas of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
